Have we met?

This is a space to share what I do. It simply exists, just as it is.

If you're here, I believe I've piqued your curiosity and what a good start! I confess that as I write I am also curious to know who will read this.

Mission

My mission is a life's mission, inevitably linked to consciousness. It's about being absolutely present in what I do and with who I am happy to cross paths.

From this presence I want to bring forth good and beautiful things. Whether it's through my art, in a class, or in a massage I want to share that presence with you, witness and celebrate with you the marvellous here and now.

Vision

I see conscious co-creation that navigates duality with an open heart. Communicating truth through perspectives.

Connection with self and the others and expansion, expansion, expansion. The dance of creation, here everything already exists yet is paradoxically and endlessly reborn for the first time.

Let's dance together, enjoying all the movements that exist within reach of our perception!

About me

Who am I? Isn't everything we do tied to this question?

I create, therefore I am. I create physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states. Who we are is present, albeit fragmented, in everything we create.

I need to create! My art is first and foremost a space of healing and discovery that I sustain for myself.

I knew my imaginary worlds before I understood myself. Experimenting with colours, shapes and materials allows me to express parts of myself that are not easy to articulate but that I need to share, because I want to know them.

I have been an art conservator-restorer since 2009, because the art of others and their worlds also give me world. Because in their testimonies of memory I find stories and identity as much as within my creation.

I've also been a Yoga teacher since 2009. Through yoga I've deepened and developed my outlook on life. I believe in it's philosophy and tools, for the creation of health and personal development.

I am trained in various massage therapy techniques. The sense of touch allows me to silently witness and connect with others, the body offers the most authentic and honest type of communication. It knows how to heal itself and most of the times it just has something to say that is relevant for who we are.

Always curious and forever learning! I create and I care with love and awareness that everything is always transforming.
